Jorge Reyna — CEO

Originally from Peru, Jorge brings a background in Marketing and a Master’s in Management from Barcelona. His career has been shaped by strategic thinking and business development, with a focus on translating innovative concepts into tangible growth. At TheBrickLogic, Jorge leads with international perspective, fundraising expertise, and a clear vision of how sustainable construction can scale globally.

Nelson Kück — Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Nelson, from Germany, combines a background in Management & Technology with a Master’s in Sustainable Business & Innovation. With experience in sales, management, and sustainability, he drives market adoption and builds the partnerships that make scaling possible. Nelson ensures our ecological bricks don’t just exist in theory — they find their way into the hands of architects, developers, and clients who can change the industry.

Arthur de Meulder — Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Arthur, from Belgium, has always been passionate about designing spaces that serve both people and planet. With advanced studies in City Resilience Design and Sustainable Emergency Architecture, he chose to specialise in projects that bring real-world impact, not just design on paper. At TheBrickLogic, Arthur bridges technical innovation and sustainable design, ensuring our bricks are not only ecological, but also meet the highest architectural and engineering standards.

Quentin Mathieu — Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Quentin, from France, brings experience in technical enterprise sales and a background in Business Administration and Computer Science. He combines a deep understanding of technology with business expertise, focusing on the technical and operational aspects of the company. At TheBrickLogic, Quentin turns ambitious ideas into scalable, sustainable realities, guiding us from concept to execution.
